Post :- Process / production Engineer .

1)      Degree in production /  Mechanical  Engineering  / or equivalent

2)      Experience   ,   8 ~ 10   Yr   working experience  in Automobile Ancillary Industry

3)      Conversant with IATF  standard.

4)      Should be able to handle the  modern shop having  spl. Robotic production Lines , VMC, CNC,  power press ,drill/tap,  and other machine used in production independently .

5)      Working exposure  with Robot and teaching of Robot will be an added advantage for selection.

6)      Thorough Knowledge for the various types of tooling’s used in production shop Having Robot, VMC, CNC, Presses

And general purpose machines.

7)      Should be able to do the  production planning , Machine loading planning independently.

8)      Meeting quality standard and daily production.

9)      Conversant with DWM and other production related activity in line with IATF

10)   Maintaining  all the production / dispatch related documents  in line with IATF standards.

11)   Should be conversant with Small group activity, quality circle, and modern production practice and implement

Them on the shop floor

12)    Analytical Mind oriented for doing the daily analysis for production short fall,  Recovery plan , Rejection,  POKA YOKE

13)   Maintaining  and guiding the work for  5 ‘S’  importance.

14)   Should be fully conversant with customer system  audit in line with IATF and VDA 6.3

       Local or candidates will to relocate to Faridabad will be preferred.
